Any King Sejong Institute students worldwide can apply individually or as a team.
At least one King Sejong Institute student must be included for team participant.
※ 1) both of current students and people who enrolled in the past are eligible
2) No restrictions on education level, age, or gender.
3) Prize nominees need to prove their enrollment record

The competition is open to anyone who is a current King Sejong Institute student or has taken classes at King Sejong Institute in the past.

Winners will be required to submit documentation of affiliation and participation with King Sejong Institute after receiving the award. If you write or submit false information, the award may be canceled.

If the work has been entered in other competitions or is socially or culturally inappropriate, it will be excluded from consideration and may be canceled and the prize money returned, even after the award has been made.

Winning product will not be returned, and may be used for the organizer's "competition business and business related to this organization" and disclosed on the Internet for the purpose of promoting the organizer.

The judging committee is composed of internal and external experts to judge fairly, and the names of the judges and specific judging contents will not be disclosed.

The schedule and contents of this competition are subject to change depending on the circumstances of the organizer.

There is no limit to the number of submission, but only one product can be awarded. If multiple products are selected as winner, they will be assigned to the highest discipline.

Submitted product must be the original work of the submitter and the submitted team, and every effort must be made to ensure that the submitted product does not plagiarize or steal the copyright of others.

All content used in your submission, including videos, images, fonts, etc. must be free of copyright infringement. For content that requires copyright (footage, images, typefaces, etc.), you must provide proof of the source of the copyright. In the event of a dispute, the legal responsibility rests with the submitter.

This competition does not recognize creations made by AI tools such as ChatGPT. If you are found to be using AI tools, you will be excluded from judging and winning.

The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the submitter (creator). However, the Korea Copyright Commission may transfer the copyright (including the right to create secondary works) to the winning works through a separate contract, and may reproduce, distribute, transmit, etc. for non-profit public purposes.

Comprehensive license: reproduction rights, performance rights, public performance rights, display rights, distribution rights, rental rights, and the right to create derivative works

Upon submission, the submitter is deemed to have authorized the use of the work within the scope of the methods and conditions of use of the work, and the consideration for the assignment of copyright in the winning work is replaced by the prize.

Other general matters are operated in accordance with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Creative Contest Guidelines and the Korea Copyright Commission's internal policies.
